Bonjour a la France, merci AFP de diffuser ce discours un tant soit peu,ici, tout va bien. En Californie, nous avons trouve (a nouveau!) apres New York, les moyens d'exprimer notre sensibilite (qui est clairement politique pour un groupe de rock).Maintenant, il ne manque que les guitare et, peut-etre (mais en fait certainement) un retour sur INSTAGRAM, de SAN DIEGO, pour une 2e partie FAKE PUNK qui soit de la qualite de la premiere (de l'ete dernier) mais au niveau des autres (corporate, institutionnelle) sinon plus (de la qualite d'un film en fait, avec TIMefraMES R&D).On se revoit a cette occasion et pour l'instant, nos Congressistes ont de la lecture!!

My State of the Union like if I was the Shadow President of the United States but not unofficial.

Dear Congress Members,

some people say I am not really big but somebody like a newcomer with nothing useful to say. I don't agree with that. I'm not in the medias right now, LIKE MILLIONS OF AMERICANS!! If I'm not on your list of personalities also, maybe after your reading of this text, I will be. I am an artist and an entrepreneur, previously civil servant in France, for 15 years. I'm 58, born in 59. We will meet each other IN THE FUTURE.

it is not everyday I am writing to you, almost speaking to you, to reply to the Address of the President TRUMP. What I would like to tell you is that there were last year some personal things that did not work between our Federation and the Population. Meanwhile, a lot of professional ideas were used to improve the situation in the 50 States and abroad. Personal, professional, this will be the 2 part of my speech!

I. PERSONAL THINGS.

You know, I am the Shadow President but not a lot. It is not in the Constitution of the United States but nothing in the text of this constitution prevent the opposition to have one or several leaders who express their opinion and are competitors of the President, kind of counter-President(s), inspired by the Great Britain system of a shadow cabinet. I think I am the only one to have this program in mind, so let's continue! We can say

A. MY 2017 WAS A BAD SURPRISE.

You know that. Your year if you are Democrat was not so good too. If you are Republican, you had some surprise. We were the victims of the crisis but which one?

STILL "HOMELESS"

The crisis we were still homeless in quotes. No White House for us! What a shame. For me even, no more Hollywoodland (I had my house there in the 2000's but I had to sale it or stop my career! You can be sure beginning next month, meaning mid-February, I will have a new location and I scheduled that the best could be SAN DIEGO, CA. California is too isolated. It is here, the counter-power, we can organize. Jerry GARCIA was a little a Shadow President at that time. OREGON and the State of WASHINGTON could join for a coalition. Why not also NEVADA and ARIZONA? More with TEXAS and FLORIDA! It's about the States that are mainly Hispanic, also decided not to be too much addicted to DC. I was in San Francisco last year and for me, it's the Shadow Capital of our movement of opposition. SAN DIEGO could be the Shadow Capital of CALIFORNIA, it's what I think. This shadow principle helps to be alternate. You know, this Asian philosophy teaches us there is the yin and the yang. BORN versus VILLAS, the 2 players were necessary, even if Born BORG was THE CHAMPION (and we are BORG!!) Right now, I am almost in LOS ANGELES, in LONG BEACH and I appreciate that a lot! But what is necessary is to do GEOPOLITICS. The weather here is splendid, we would like everybody to share it with us! We have this agreement to deal with recreational marijuana legally, this WEED REFORM appears an element of progress that could be Federal one day. I know the Department of Justice does not appreciate this issue the same. We will have to open a real debate nationwide about this problem. All opinions are welcomed. There is this law reality in our Country that each State decides a lot on its own. Let's go to WASHINGTON, like today for this speech, LET'S COMMUNICATE.

Harvey MILK said it: "HOPE WILL NEVER BE SILENT!" All these poor men and women in the streets. Here, where I am still located, in Los Angeles, so much appreciating the help of the authorities to give them food and shelters and other services to be sure they will be back on track one day. It is in every important cities of the United States. I was with them so many times, sharing their life to stop the poverty with you one day, if we have more than a budget, a Federal program and strategy. I must tell you that I did not see at all an improvement of the situation regarding this HOMELESS STATE in our Country since the new President arrived to replace Barack OBAMA and I must say, it is not acceptable.

AT THE U.N., FOR AN AUDIT

It is the reason why I was writing a note to the UNITED NATIONS in December to ask them, as a matter of fact, for an audit because there is DISCRIMINATION. When we see this is not possible to build a solution together, this organization we co-created is available anytime to help. I had this difficulty last year to find a new agent. You know I am an artist and all of us need a manager. So, it is a personal thing that became the file first origin, the second one is our community, us, Americans, to give us a way to live together more efficiently. Here in Washington, you are not enough close to us in California. There is basically a problem of civic rights, for the Homeless, for the Women, for the Minorities (African-Americans, Hispanic people, Asians but also cultural minorities, LGBT, Weed, artists of the underground, more: Porn, Punk, etc.) What I want to say to the present President is

B. YOUR GOAL MUST BE TO RESIGN.

You cannot say we did not give you a chance to solve the problem of our Nation that was always a problem of unity. We were following you and your tweets all year long, last year, doing what by the way to prevent you to govern? Not so much at all, it is my first speech to the Congress, I am not like you, I could have written them a dozen of speeches, I would not be criticized.

LET'S VOTE AGAIN FOR THE MIDTERM

Congressmen, Congresswomen, it is time to remember what happened in 2016. This Presidential election was not organized as usual. There was something wrong, we wait for a while, we have to interfere now. It cannot continue like that, you are the Congress, your vote can cancel the election of Mr. TRUMP if (or not) Mr. TRUMP resigns before with his Vice-President. Let's call the Supreme Court if some of you are not sure, we are not here to organize a Coup d'Etat, just to have in mind this reality we are going to vote again for the Midterm but not only for your seats. George WASHINGTON gave us the example of a leader who said and did what was necessary anytime: LET HIM SPEAK AGAIN, read his history. He would have not accepted the British to decide the US election, it's almost that what happened. We can have a short campaign (from June to September). The Press will help (motivated like never to see it is the victory of the BILL OF RIGHTS - liberty of the press and expression, including normally the Internet that was too much attacked by this terrorism of the information - the Russian hackers), the Army too if we have not enough volunteers to build the new election organization nationwide pretty fast.  Before, I was a journalist, more than a musician, during years before to be an actor, I followed the international news since the 1960's, from France but I could have been in WASHINGTON, DC: there can be an impeachment, there can be a social wave, THERE CAN BE A SECOND VOTE IN NOVEMBER to change the result of November 2 years ago thanks to a judgment of yours! You participate in the Judiciary Power for the impeachment process, for your investigations, have the ambition to do right AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

THE POPULAR VOTE IS A MAJOR DATA 

that cannot be so secondary at all. It is Mrs. CLINTON who was the winner. This Presidency did not get a majority at all in the Country. We forget it. The worst is that they succeeded anyway to get the power obviously thanks to some support that are not legal. This is what I call The RUSSIANGATE and this acceptation by the White House of a new election this November, we can have it if we shows to the President he has no other solution than to resign (what Richard NIXON did, in fact).

Our economy deserves a new start. I have not the time today to talk to you about it so much but this, the change of the President for the Midterm, is the condition: there is a general status quo that is not good right now and all this harassment scandal, a terrible fiasco of the American regular ethics we studied at school. We don't want a nightmare not to stop as soon as possible, right? What are my

II. PROFESSIONAL IDEAS

I like to share with you for the second part of this speech? Like OBAMA, I am a minority man (immigrant, from France), like REAGAN, I am an entertainer (writing songs since 1976 with my band BrAmStOcKeR - our debut album FAKE PUNK has to be released this year!) Sometimes, it takes a while to do what you like to do. Let's be back to the subject of the 2016 election:

A. THE INVESTIGATIONS ARE NOT EASY.

WE NEED THE CONCLUSIONS THIS SPRING

You, at the Congress who participate in the study of all this horrible case (how could we imagine RUSSIA being a part of our Democracy?!), you are doing a great job! You work permanently to have the truth about what happened, an intervention of a foreign Country to modify the result of our Presidential election. I want to tell you I am sure the FBI (I was disappointed to learn that the Director of the FBI resigned and I am really concerned there will be now a good stability at the head of this institution of our Justice and Country), the Justice Department and the special investigator Robert MULLER are the perfect service team to propose us their conclusion before the Summer, if possible. This great Patriot deserves more logistics and budget, if necessary. I am pessimistic, I believe it will confirm what we have understood from the beginning or even already during the campaign: it was an election of a new style we cannot validate, in fact, a style that is sponsored!

RUSSIA IS WELCOMED BUT NOT FOR POLITICS

RUSSIA is welcomed in the United States and, by the way, we would like to see them more sometimes doing commerce with us. MOSCOW is still a city that has almost nothing to do with NEW YORK. After the Soviet Union, we could have welcomed a RUSSIA that could have been more pro-American, why not? This is not really the case. So we could say yes to more commercial partnerships with our allied of World War II but not at all political interference looking like our nuclear dispute against communism worldwide. The Republican candidate explained his relation with Vladimir PUTIN a bad way, looking for his recommendation. It will be controlled.

B. THE XXIst CENTURY WILL PREVAIL.

It is a new Century, it is not like before! The new rules of the counter-society will oblige the system to reorganize our deals. It is a part of my Sociology to say that there is no possibility to control everything, hopefully. We must be in a democracy! The People, of the Constitution, of the reality of Earth, will understand their own way the decisions of ours (like today, to reply to TRUMP) but according to their knowledge of the New Age, we had not the time yet to study, with the Smithsonian Institute, with the CDC. Remember, we had the project of this Department of Culture (Secretary of the Arts, already in 8! We have still this project but it won't be operational before 2019 if we win. By the way, this speech will be release as a special issue of the newsletter EVIDENCE of BrAmStOcKeR nonprofit. So, we have to wait and see. Normally, it will work!! 

All of this could have been unbelievable 50 years ago but 50 years ago, they had also a strange situation of the territory, it was 1968. You know History better than mine, I was a kid, I was a part of it. Maybe you were not there. You studied it at school. You are the Congress. So many American, the young people, most of them, they wanted you to stop this war, they wanted you to say No to the VIETNAM battles that began almost a decade before (1959). What to say to conclude: you were there yesterday to listen to Donald TRUMP for his first STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS. My reply is this written speech I invite the WASHINGTON POST and the NEW YORK TIMES to publish with their content regarding opinion letters of their readers, in the next few weeks. You know I am not anymore on the social media and I started a press & talent agency, MADE INN JAPAN with BrAmStOcKeR and TIMefraMES.

Today, the American press is receiving this text, it is already important. In the next few weeks, they will receive more and we like it. To be in the press, it is a choice of them, not to be too much routine or to repeat what the others say. You must be attractive and interesting and you are, all of you Congress People!!

IMMIGRANTS ARE NOT DREAMERS BUT RAINMAKERS

Like in Wall Street, I am certain one day an immigrant will be President. We need for that an amendment of the Constitution, we will have it. It won't be necessary to call the Army to get this vote, the Army of the business people will be there to repeat to Donald TRUMP: don't be the promoter of exclusion, it is like that we lose clients. Already, the President calmed down, me, I want the Hispanic to get a lot more in the States and the OBAMA DREAM: the African community not anymore feeling blue BUT TOTALLY INTEGRATED!

THE SHADOW ONE DAY WILL BE THE LIGHT

We have to imagine a new contract between men and women in America. There is something wrong with all this expression of the Women who are 100% right to repeat 24/7 their PINK PRIDE, their overdose of someone they hate because financing discrimination they hate: WOMEN ARE EQUALS and we have a challenge now to neutralize a bad and sad evolution of our US society since Dwight EISENHOWER but we will make it, before 2020, WITH A NEW LAW, probably, you will have to write! In HOLLYWOOD (I already spoke about harassment, there is this pity, terrible dispute about the role of several producers and actors - like Harvey WEINSTEIN - who did not understand presumably there is a difference and a distance to keep between an office of casting and a diner in town). Oprah WINFREY who could - in 2020? - one day be a Presidential candidate, could be in charge of a mission to understand and propose what to do to re-conciliate actresses and previously their fathers or brothers, most of the time, producers but also directors and screenwriters if necessary. I don't joke at all: THERE IS POTENTIAL HUMAN TRAFFICKING in the Movie Industry. I explain it since 2009! Nobody replied to me!

You are the lawmaker, I am you adviser, like every other citizen. I will be candidate for the next Presidential election. I was candidate for the Republican Primary in California as a write-in, meaning additional, complementary. I could have been more lucky, luckier! It is in my note to the UN. This time, I won't be late!!

You will receive this text probably the second week of February. At that time, we will more connected to each other, thanks to the press that is receiving daily our communiques, thanks to the Web (where I am back as a veteran now!) FAKE PUNK is the title not only of our next album, this is an entire film we are producing with BrAmStOcKeR. This Counter-Address is a part of it. 'What is fiction, what is reality?' is not our problem anymore. There is a discussion, that must be free in a free Country, there are PROJECTS, there are important STATEMENTS and daily declarations. Everybody has something to say to be inside the script of our lifes: HELLO is the best, the most simple. I wanted to tell you a little more and today I am satisfied I was publishing it.
